For conception, wearing tight jeans or underwear can cause the men unable to produce viable cell. Exposure of their scrotum and gonads to heat can also affect their ability to produce children.
The signs of infertility do not necessarily confirm that you are infertile. It is always best to consult a specialist for infertility treatments if you have difficulty conceiving for more than a year.
